I'm also an International Body Harmony® Consultant: a goal-oriented bodywork bringing the body and mind into harmony with one another allowing individuals to achieve whatever they set as their focus.

It's an efficient and transformational technique which addresses issues right where it's easiest to have an effect on them on this plain - IN the body. While acknowledging any and all phenomena which appear in a session, the work focuses on the physical tissue and how it moves with the breath and within gravity in relation to the goal which has been set.

It's fun and ground-breaking work and I'm pretty passionate aboubt it .. and praying for the space to update the clunky description you just read …..



I also still write a column for a local magazine, having quit a bilingual online newsletter and assistant editorship on a bi-lingual magazine La Chispa, promoting all things eco, sustainable, complimentary and alternative in Andalucia. Phew! Now I'm looking to make enough space to regularly dive deeper on the Diving Deeper pod here (and learn how to hyperlink so you can jump from here to thar!)..
I'm trying to learn to let myself speak from my heart without censoring, first time!


And.. I'm working with the potentials in alkalizing which is just breaking ground here and opening up doors for a whole lot of people in our community. I use a particular supergreen I like and am engaged in making this kind of info available in spanish for all those who appear to be clamouring for it round here!

and…  I love my communities and really enjoy weaving together connections between them all.
